Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Eligible Returns

The following items are eligible for return:

• Items in original, unopened packaging
• Items that are defective or damaged upon arrival
• Items that don't match the product description

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been used or assembled
• Items without original packaging
• Sale or clearance items
• Custom or personalized items

How to Initiate a Return

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for return authorization and instructions
4. Pack the item securely and ship it back

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us before initiating the return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of the damage
• We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
